Agnus Castus Berries
Agnus castus, sometimes called chaste tree berry, is a traditional hormone-balancing herb. For centuries, it’s been used to support the menstrual cycle, ease PMS, and bring comfort during the menopausal transition.
How to brew:
Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried agnus castus berries to a cup of water. Pop into a small saucepan, cover, and gently simmer for around 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
