How to Brew:
To make a traditional burdock root infusion or tea, use 1–2 teaspoons of dried root per cup of water. Place in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a gentle simmer with the lid on, and let it brew for around 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Suggested use: Up to 3 cups per day, or as advised by a qualified herbalist.
Kitchen Tip:
