Even patients who have self-medicated for years may find it a struggle to get a prescription due to some onerous regulations imposed by the UK’s MHRA. Many patients may also struggle with the cost, since the only way to obtain a prescription currently is through private clinics.
However, the UK’s clinics all understand the challenges and try to make the process as simple as possible. These guides are written to introduce some of the basics for a patient who wants to get a prescription enabling them to consume cannabis to treat their condition.
