What DIGESTIVEaid Capsules contain

The formula pairs betaine hydrochloride, amylase, lipase, protease, bromelain and papain with eight herbs — turmeric root (providing 20mg curcuminoids), ginger root, chamomile flower, fennel seed, caraway seed, peppermint leaf, alfalfa and apple cider vinegar powder. Turmeric is traditionally used for relief of digestive disturbances including flatulence and slow digestion, per the EMA herbal monograph on Curcuma longa. So is ginger, which has a long history of use for nausea and gastric comfort.

How to use DIGESTIVEaid Capsules

Take 1 to 2 capsules with each main meal, or as advised by a health professional. If using alone, you may start on a higher intake of 2 to 3 capsules before each main meal for 3 to 4 weeks, then reduce as needed.
