EyeNourish Complex Capsules bring together a comprehensive range of vitamins, minerals and herbs specifically chosen to support normal vision. Because the eye depends on multiple nutrients working together — from antioxidants that protect the retina to zinc that maintains normal vision — this formula takes a multi-nutrient approach to eye health.
What EyeNourish Complex contains
The formula provides zinc (50% NRV), manganese (100% NRV), copper (50% NRV), selenium (100% NRV) and vitamins C and E — all of which contribute to protection of cells from oxidative stress. Zinc contributes to maintenance of normal vision, an authorised EU health claim. Herbs include bilberry, lutein, zeaxanthin, ginkgo, elderberry and turmeric — all widely used in eye health formulas.
- Zinc (5mg, 50% NRV) — contributes to the maintenance of normal vision
- Bilberry (250mg) — rich in anthocyanins; widely used in traditional European herbalism for eye health
- Lutein and zeaxanthin — carotenoids that concentrate in the macular region of the retina
- Vitamin C (40mg, 50% NRV) and vitamin E — contribute to protection of cells from oxidative stress
- Selenium (55µg, 100% NRV) and manganese (2mg, 100% NRV) — contribute to normal cell protection
