FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
London, UK, 18th January 2026 – Scheduled for March 10th – to coincide with International Women’s Week – Plantz, the UK’s leading AI natural wellness and herbal remedy platform, is proud to announce the launch of its inaugural Women’s Circle, a one-of-a-kind event celebrating honesty, healing, and connection among women exploring cannabinoid based medical products (CBMP’s). Supported by an educational grant from Auravia MedicalR, the Women’s Circle is designed to provide a safe, intimate, and thoughtfully curated environment for conversation, exploration, and empowerment.
Event Overview
The Women’s Circle, an invite-only event, will take place in a stylish South East London property and feature a professionally recorded, full-day program. At the heart of the event is the central talk circle, divided into two sessions (1.5 hours and a 30-minute closing), bringing together 10 participants to share experiences, insights, and perspectives.
The day’s itinerary includes:
Morning: Welcome and guided introductions, followed by a filmed session on key topics surrounding women’s health, wellness, and plant-based medicine.
Afternoon: A healthy lunch and relaxed networking, pre-scheduled interviews with journalists, group reflection, and a closing circle. Each participant will receive a curated gift bag, featuring products from sponsors including Cannacarts, Blazy Susan, and British Cannabis.
All sessions will be professionally filmed, producing high-quality content, including short, social-media-friendly video snippets and a 1–2 minute reel designed to maximize engagement and amplify the event’s reach.
Sophie East, Co-founder of Plantz and organiser of the Women’s Circle said, “These treatments have played a significant role in my own treatment plan, and creating a space where women can talk about it honestly, without judgement, is something I’ve always wanted to do. This circle is about connection, shared experience, and real conversations.”
Chanelle Smith, clinic manager at Auravia Medical, said, “Our goal at Auravia MedicalR is to empower women to explore innovative health treatments, take control of their wellbeing, and engage in open, stigma-free conversations about topics often overlooked in traditional healthcare”.
Who It’s For
The Women’s Circle is aimed at launching a women-led movement to normalise plant-based medicine and challenge longstanding stigmas. It will bring together a diverse and influential group of women, including:
- Doctors, medical professionals, and health journalists
- Patients (both prescribed and self-medicating)
- Advocates, wellness enthusiasts, and everyday women with lived experience
Addressing Women’s Health Challenges
The Women’s Circle will shine a spotlight on critical gaps in women’s health, particularly period pain and endometriosis, conditions affecting millions of women across the UK:
- 1 in 10 women of reproductive age in the UK suffer from endometriosis
- It takes an average of 8 years and 10 months from first GP visit to diagnosis
- Endometriosis is the second most common gynaecological condition in the UK
- A nationally representative survey analysis estimated that around 1.4 million to 1.8 million UK adults self-medicate with illicit cannabis to manage health conditions (not limited to menstrual pain).
Discussion topics will also focus on breaking taboos surrounding menstruation and the therapeutic use of CBMP’s, encouraging open dialogue and awareness.
Event Goals
The Women’s Circle aims to:
- Amplify women’s voices and lived experiences
- Explore innovative, natural solutions for women’s pain, with a focus on CBMP-based therapies
Highlight the power of community in driving change in healthcare and wellness industries
