Omega 3-6-9 Oil capsules provide a balanced blend of all three essential omega fatty acids in a single 1000mg softgel — fish oil (omega-3), flaxseed oil (omega-3 ALA and omega-6) and sunflower seed oil (omega-6) — alongside vitamin E to protect the oils from oxidation. Because EPA and DHA from fish oil contribute to the normal function of the heart, this formula has an authorised EU health claim at its core.

Why a 3-6-9 blend matters

Most omega supplements focus on omega-3 alone. This formula also includes omega-6 (linoleic acid) and omega-9 (oleic acid) to cover the full spectrum of essential and beneficial fatty acids. How to use Omega 3-6-9 Oil Capsules
