PLANTZ Takes on Mary Jane Berlin 2026

If you’ve never been to Mary Jane Berlin, it’s difficult to explain.

Imagine 75,000 people from every corner of the world gathering in one city for a shared love of a single plant.

Patients. Breeders. Doctors. Activists. Legacy growers. New entrepreneurs. Content creators. Scientists. Hash makers. Curious newcomers.

For one weekend, Berlin became the centre of the cannabis universe.

And PLANTZ was right in the middle of it.

More Than an Expo

Yes, there were enormous booths.

Yes, there were product launches.

Yes, there was enough world-class flower and hash on display to make even the most seasoned cannabis enthusiast stop and stare.

But Mary Jane has become something much bigger than an exhibition.

It’s a reunion.

A place where friendships formed years ago reconnect over coffees, dabs and conversations.

A place where ideas are born.

Where collaborations happen.

Where the future of cannabis quietly takes shape between handshakes, laughter and shared passion.

Everywhere we turned, we bumped into friends from around the world.

People we hadn’t seen for months.

Some we hadn’t seen for years.

Yet somehow it always feels like no time has passed at all.

That’s the magic of this community.

The Hash Was Ridiculous

Let’s address the obvious.

The hash this year was absolutely outrageous.

From traditional styles to modern solventless creations, the level of craftsmanship on display was genuinely inspiring.

The Flower Cup entries were equally impressive, showcasing just how far global cultivation standards continue to evolve.

Everywhere you looked there was another jar being opened.

Another nose diving into a fresh terp profile.

Another debate beginning over which entry deserved the crown.

The quality was breathtaking.

And yes…

There were some huge dabs involved.

The kind that make you question your life choices for approximately 30 seconds before immediately wanting another one.

The Real Highlight? The Conversations.

For PLANTZ, the biggest takeaway wasn’t a strain.

It wasn’t a product.

It wasn’t even the dabs.

It was the conversations.

One topic came up again and again.

Women’s health.

Women’s education.

Women’s Circle.

We had countless discussions with patients, brands, doctors and advocates about the future of women’s health within cannabis.

The response was overwhelming.

People genuinely want these conversations.

Women are tired of being overlooked.

Tired of navigating hormonal health, menstrual health, endometriosis and menopause without enough support.

And the cannabis industry is beginning to recognise that.

Women’s Circle 002 became one of our most talked-about topics throughout the entire weekend.

From medical brands to wellness companies, clinicians to community leaders, there was a real sense that something important is happening.

And we’re incredibly excited for what’s coming next.

Watching Friends Win

One of the most rewarding parts of the weekend was watching friends absolutely smash it.

Seeing Production Packet doing what they do best on one of the biggest stages in cannabis made us unbelievably proud.

If you’ve ever built something from scratch, you’ll know the feeling.

Watching people you care about succeed never gets old.

It’s one of the best parts of this industry.

The Community Never Sleeps

As incredible as the expo was, some of the best moments happened after the doors closed.

Berlin came alive every evening.

Rooftops.

Private gatherings.

Late-night conversations.

Unexpected reunions.

And of course, the legendary Full Moon Sesh.

The kind of event where strangers become friends and everyone leaves with a few more stories than they arrived with.

By the end of the weekend we’d laughed so much we genuinely felt like we’d developed new abdominal muscles.

What Happens Next?

Every year people ask the same question:

“Can Mary Jane get any bigger?”

And every year it somehow does.

But the real story isn’t the numbers.

It’s the people.

75,000 attendees is impressive.

What’s even more impressive is the sense of community that still exists underneath it all.

The willingness to share knowledge.

The passion for the plant.

The belief that cannabis can improve lives.

The friendships.

The stories.

The movement.

We left Berlin inspired, energised and more determined than ever to continue building PLANTZ and growing Women’s Circle into something truly special.

To everyone we met, interviewed, laughed with, learned from and shared a moment with:

Thank you.

The future is bright.

The future is green.

And if Mary Jane Berlin 2026 taught us anything…

We’re only just getting started.

See you next year.
